私自身、「規約」「定款」などの作成を依頼されて作ることがあります。少ない文字数で、正しく情報を伝えることを重要視します。
つまり、「利用規約」「ポリシー」は、サービスを利用するためのルールであり、どれも同じだと安易に思ってしまうのは大変な問題でした。
今回は、そのような当たり前のことを身を切って学ぶ結果になってしました。
