Hello friends, how are you all? wishing you all happy and prosperous.

Hope you had fantastic and Christmas evening, today i would like to talk about lettuce in my garden,Lettuce, which we called as Salad ka Patta in hindi, Lettuce is a type of leafy vegetable, which is used in making many types of dishes as well as in the form of salad, it is uncommon in India, but people are so conscious about health, salad become one of the mandatory meal in either breakfast or in lunch, so my father try first time lettuce in our garden, can easily grow it in your kitchen garden, The lettuce can buy from the market but it is expensive and hybrid which is totally unhealthy whereas lettuce is in my own garden is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients, and tastes much better. If I eat lettuce raw, it keeps our body hydrated and contains many vitamins to keep it our body healthy.

As pluck fresh vegetables from the garden is always the best feeling in the world, the best part of seeing them growing from seeds to final stage is always a very satisfied and fabulous feeling. The best thing, is that we pluck as much fresh as we need in the kitchen and our vegetables are neither stale nor wasted.

Yes, I had planted this plant during summers, but due to too much hot and humid climate and the temperature was very high, due to which the leaves turned completely yellow and dried up, so this time in the winters, lettuce leaves are fully grown in perfect green colours. My heart is very happy joyful while looking at them and make meal from it.
