Ghost Recon Wildlands is a open world tactical shooter by Ubisoft. The world is massive and the game play is fun! The game takes place in Bolivia. The country has become increasingly unstable as the Santa Blanca, a previously minor Mexican drug cartel, gains more power and influence within the country to the point where Bolivia has become a narco-state and the world's largest producer of cocaine.
The game features multiple different environments such as forests, deserts, mountains and salt flats.
Players play as members of the Delta Company, First Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, also known as "Ghosts", the game is played from a third-person perspective, but you have the option to aim down sights on weapons. You have thae availability to use advanced equipment such as drones and thermal vision. You can use vehicles such as cars, motorbikes and helicopters. Several four wheeled vehicles are available such as dune buggies, pickup trucks and vans and much more. In the game you play in a team for 4 ghosts but when playing CO-OP modes you can be just two or three. There are several missions and areas to take "control" of, and these missions can be finished utilizing stealth, melee combat or using none silenced weapons and alerting the enemies to your position.
I bought the game a week or two ago, and started playing it with some friends. The game is enjoyable and gets exiting tho it can get a bit repetitive just running around doing the same things "kill him" "capture this". But other than that i found the game to be extremely interesting and fun. It's a good way to spend some time and explore the wast world. Finding new weapons is always fun. And leveling up your character and unlocking new skills gives you something to work for.
My experience with the game has been positive so far. I'we not played the game that much and will for sure be playing more in the future! If you like open world games and want something to play with your friends you should deffinatelypick it up!
