Retrocede en el tiempo y recuerda las mejores navidades que tuviste en la infancia. Evoca el recuerdo y obsérvalo con claridad en tu mente. Recuerda las imágenes, los aromas, los sabores, las texturas y las personas que estaban presentes. ¿Cuáles fueron alguna de las cosas que hiciste?

Mientras recuerdas aquellas navidades especiales, advierte como se abre tu corazón. Quizás una de las cosas maravillosas sobre esa navidad que estas pensando en particular fuera la presencia del AMOR, y aunque en ese momento no lo hayas notado ahora hoy eres consciente de ello, hoy todos nos dimos cuenta de que pesa mas el amor que se siente en una reunión familiar, el poder abrazarnos y tenernos cerca que todo el dinero del mundo.

Ahora bien continuemos con ese recuerdo que tienes en mente deja que el espíritu del amor fluya ahora por ti. Lleva en tu corazón a todas las personas que conoces y que te importan y aunque no las tengas cerca imagínales felices, envíale todo el amor que estas sintiendo. Y recuerda que puedes llevar contigo esa sensación especial de amor y de espíritu navideño a todas partes y en todo momento, y no solo en navidad.

Eres amor, eres espíritu, eres luz, eres energía. Y así es…

En estas navidades y en especial este año que ha sido difícil nos ha dejado grandes enseñanzas, y no se que piensan ustedes pero yo de alguna manera pienso que todo esto era necesario… necesario para valorar las cosas realmente importantes, las cosas que damos por sentado porque siempre están allí. En este año se comienza un verdadero despertar espiritual, y yo agradezco por eso. Agradezco por tener salud, por tener familia, por estar aquí y ahora a salvo.

Para unos ha sido más difícil que para otros, pero con todo esto descubrimos que lo importante es todo el AMOR que tenemos en nuestros corazones más allá de todo el dinero. Esta navidad huele a renacer, este día huele a qué todas las cosas nos van a salir mucho mejor. Que hay esperanza, que podemos ser mejores y seguir de pie a pesar de todo.

Para finalizar este post deseo que todas las personas en el mundo y en especial a los que me leen tengan amor en su corazón, que tengan ánimos de levantarse todos los días a trabajar por sus sueños. A nunca olvidar las enseñanzas aprendidas este año, que tomen la decisión de ser felices por ustedes mismos a pesar de las circunstancias porque el momento es ahora.

Go back in time and remember the best Christmas you had in your childhood. Evoke the memory and observe it clearly in your mind. Remember the images, the aromas, the tastes, the textures and the people who were present. What were some of the things you did?

As you remember those special Christmases, notice how your heart opens. Perhaps one of the wonderful things about that particular Christmas you were thinking about was the presence of LOVE, and even though you didn't notice it then, you are aware of it now. Today we all realize that the love that you feel at a family reunion, the ability to hug and hold each other, weighs more heavily than all the money in the world.

Now let's continue with that memory you have in mind, let the spirit of love flow through you now. Carry in your heart all the people you know and care about and even if you don't have them around imagine them happy, send them all the love you are feeling. And remember you can carry that special feeling of love and Christmas spirit with you everywhere and at all times, and not just at Christmas.

You are love, you are spirit, you are light, you are energy. And so it is...

This Christmas and especially this year which has been difficult has left us great teachings, and I don't know what you think but I somehow think that all this was necessary... necessary to value the really important things, the things we take for granted because they are always there. In this year a real spiritual awakening is beginning, and I am grateful for that. I am grateful for having health, for having family, for being here and now safe.

For some it has been more difficult than for others, but with all this we discover that what is important is all the LOVE we have in our hearts beyond all the money. This Christmas smells of rebirth, this day smells of all the things that are going to be better for us. That there is hope, that we can be better and still be on our feet.

To end this post I wish that all people in the world and especially those who read me have love in their hearts, that they have the courage to get up every day to work for their dreams. To never forget the teachings learned this year, that you make the decision to be happy for yourselves in spite of the circumstances because the time is now.
