Not sure why, but today feels slower than my usual days. Maybe it is because of the weather. It is warm, calm, and quiet, which makes it suitable for a nice morning walk and a little photography session in the garden.
This is the kind of morning that I enjoy because it gives me time to breathe, observe, and slowly set my mood for the day. I like feeling the warm sunshine whenever it touches my skin. It gives me a simple kind of energy, not too strong, but enough to remind me that the day has started and there are still good things waiting to happen.
During my walk, I found a few interesting subjects to photograph. Some flowers were still blooming, while others were already starting to fade. I also saw petals resting on the bark of a tree, and I thought they looked beautiful in a quiet way. In black and white, the textures became more visible—the wrinkled petals, the dark stems, the rough surface of the tree, and the soft blur of the background.
These kinds of photos remind me that beauty is not always loud or colorful. Sometimes it is found in slower moments, in small details, and in things that are easy to ignore. We only need to be present enough to notice them.
Maybe that is why I keep enjoying my morning walks. They help me slow down, appreciate nature, and start the day with a peaceful mind. Even when nothing special happens, there is still something worth seeing.
I hope you enjoy these photos from my walk today.
Have a good day ahead.
