Does grade matter? Or not?
In my opinion grades are important but not as much as your technical skill, your creativity and application use of your field. For e.g: you have amazingly higher grades but if you dont know the application use of your learning and education then its nothing but just a waste.
Many students doesnot secure high grades but they have skills, they have confidence, they know how to deal with people and how to make path for themselves..in the end they become successful without higher gpa however sometimes the higher gpa student couldnt achieve that much.

Parents always focuses on the grades ignoring the fact that what special skills their children have..every parent wants to make their child doctor and engineer, if everyone will become doctor and engineer then where will the other disciplines go? Some children are good in sketching, some in music, some interested in astronomy, some in teaching, some have good photography skills, some love wildlife adventures then let them chose their own future what they want to be, dont inforce them your will and stop focusing on just grades otherwise you will lose your own child someday.

If the front desk is the topper then backbencher will be the successor, it doesnt depend upon grades.
Grades dont matter more than a person's skill. If you have a skill and confidence in yourself then you achieve everything even without your grades.
