How familiar are you with Popular North American Slang?

In this videoclip, there are some Chinese International Students who were tested on how familiar they were with North American Slang.

It is never easy to learn about another culture but we do learn a lot online nowadays since internet is accessible almost everywhere.

As an individual, watch the below videoclip to see how many American slangs you know but I must admit that many of these slangs are unfamiliar to me.

I must admit that each generation can have their own lingo that the previous generation may not know.

I only got to know about the word ‘YOLO’ recently which means ‘you only live once’.

It is like a word that youngsters get their friends to try new stuffs and it would be a waste if they miss the chance of trying.

I wonder how many American slangs do you know from the videoclip.

It is fun to find out new words and it is even more fun if we can find out how these words are created and made popular by the young generation.
