अब दीपावली जाने के बाद ठंड की शुरुआत हो चुकी है मेने भी अपने गर्म कपड़े निकले और राजाइया भी निकाली अब से पंखे चलाने बंद कर दिए जाएंगे,हमारे यह पर ठंड का असर 4 महीने बाद आने वाले पर्व होली तक रहेगी जो कभी कड़ाके की ठंड रहेगी तो कभी गुलाबी सर्दी,अब बच्चो का विशेष ध्यान रखना होगा ठंड से ,बच्चो का स्वास्थ्य कफ प्रकृति का होता है जिससे उनमे सर्दी जुकाम ओर छाती में कफ का जमाव आम सी बात होती है, बच्चो के लिए गर्म कपड़े और त्वचा को नर्म रखने की क्रीम भी रखनी होगी,ओर बच्चो के गर्म रखने के लिए अब भोजन भी गर्म हो खाना होगा और ऐसी वस्तुए खाने होगी जो शरीर को गर्मी देने में सहायक हो,हम लोग शाकाहारी है इसलिए मास मदिरा का सेवन नही करते है,तो हम ध्यान रखना बहुत ही जरूरी है।
