Hello, hello, my creative hearts! Today I want to share with you a very special craft that was born one night of work, exhaustion, and a desire to reconnect with myself through art. Sometimes, after a busy day, all we need is a moment of pause, a spark of creativity to bring us back to calm. And that's exactly what I did: I sat in my favorite corner and let myself be carried away by the magic of foam.

Step by step to create your Santa Claus ornament
The Round Base
To achieve the most symmetrical shape possible, I used a round lid as a template. With it, I traced Santa's face onto the skin-colored foam. This lid also served as a guide for other elements, so keep it handy!
The beard
The beard can be done in two ways: smooth (as in my example) or with small, cloud-shaped cuts to give it texture and movement. I used white foam and cut it following the outline of the lid. Here you can let your imagination run wild!
The mustache and nose
I also made the little mustache from white foam, cutting out two small oval shapes. I made the little nose from skin-colored foam, in the shape of a circle. These details give Santa's face a cute look.
The Christmas Hat
For the hat, I cut a semicircle from red foam (using the lid as a guide) and a strip of white foam for the base. I also added a small white glitter foam embellishment to the tip, like a classic Christmas pom-pom. This detail adds a charming touch!
Hanging Details
At the top of the hat, I glued a small orange foam square to serve as a base for hanging the sphere. You can use clear thread to hang it from the ceiling, or glue a magnet to the back if you prefer to put it on the refrigerator. Total versatility!
The eyes and expression
With a black marker, I drew the eyes and some lines around the face to give it depth. To brighten the eyes, I glued on two small squares of white foam. And that's it! Santa's expression came to life.
