Today my quest was with my favorite deck: Death, so completing this quest was going to be really easy, most of the battles were pretty simple since there were many bots and they were not really good battles, but there are two that I consider that compared to the others, are pretty good and more or less even in strategy and level.
In this first battle I really chose my strategy a bit randomly, but it worked well: In first position I placed the classic Haunted Spirit, one of my favorite cards of the Death deck, very useful in several aspects. In second position, another classic card of the Death deck "Undead Priest", a card that thanks to its "Weaken" and "Slow" abilities makes it a very annoying card due to its negative buffs that it provokes towards the opponent. And to add another negative buff towards my opponent is Boogeyman, which like Undead Priest also has the "Slow" ability, but also has an equally annoying ability called "Rust" (ability that reduces the opponent's shield). In the following positions are the offensive cards such as: Silent Sha-Vi, Sand Worn and in the last position Prismatic Energy, a very useful card, but I really don't know why I put it in this strategy, I had not noticed this until the moment I'm writing this LOL. Anyway, the battle from the beginning was tilted in my favor, the enemy did little damage to my cards, but it was a good battle.
In this second battle I wanted to use my new acquisition: Djinn Muirat, which is a card whose design I think is too cool and since I saw it I always wanted it and a couple of days ago I got it in a pack. Anyway, due to the "Keep Your Distance" rule, in which you can only use cards with magic or ranged attack, there is also the "Close Range" rule, although I don't use any ranged attack card in first position (there is only the classic Twisted Jester in last position). Most of the cards I used in this battle are magic attack cards: Prismatic Energy, Phantom Soldier, Djinn Muirat, Spirit Miner, Boogeyman and in last position Twisted Jester as I mentioned before. This battle was even for most of the battle. The enemy used 3 pretty good legendary cards and I used my faithful Spirit Miner and the new acquisition Djinn Muirat, at some point while watching the battle unfold I thought I was going to lose, but this battle was won from the moment I eliminated his first legendary card.
By the way, this is the reward for the Quest of the Death deck, in short: PELACOR, PELACOR, PELACOR, PELACOR, PELACOR.
