A new week and a new Splinterlands challenge, this time the selected Battle Rule is: Fire & Regret, which in simple terms is that all the cards that are on the battlefield will be granted the ability "Return Fire", which consists of those cards that are of the Ranged Attack type when attacking and hitting an enemy card, the attacking card will receive damage, since its attack will be reflected. So using cards of the Rank Attack type when this ability is active is not convenient, therefore, in this battle instead of focusing on cards of the Melee type, I preferred to use mostly cards of the Magic Attack type, so I chose to use the Obsidian summoner to boost the magic attack of my cards. The strategy was as follows:

FAILED SUMMONER was the card selected to occupy the first position of this formation, which is a very recurrent card when, besides not having a lot of mana being the case in this battle, I also use it a lot when my strategy is focused especially on Magic Attack type cards. It is a card with a good amount of life which allows it to resist considerable enemy damage, also, due to its low mana cost it is suitable for this situation.

CREEPING OOZE is the card that occupies the second position and this card was the last to be chosen for this formation because it did not have much more mana available, but also, its "Slow" ability was a great help in some part of the battle, although it was also quickly eliminated and I would have liked it could have held a little more turns of battle.

From here on all the cards that are in this formation are composed of Magic Attack type cards, being the first of them, the card that is occupying the third position, which is: KHMER PRINCESS, a card that is not only very good in terms of low mana cost, only costing two (2) mana points, but also despite its low score in terms of life points, this card has always been quite good offensively despite not being very powerful.

SPIRIT SHAMAN occupies the fourth position and is not only my favorite card in this formation, but it is also one of my favorite cards in the EARTH deck due to its "Stun" ability, which in this particular battle was extremely helpful, being able to paralyze several times an enemy card that could have eliminated most of the cards in my formation, but luckily, the "Stun" ability took effect several times, tilting the victory to my side.

ELVEN MYSTIC occupies the penultimate position and is a card of the Magic Attack type that in combination with the Obsidian summoner makes this card have a better attack power, improving logically its offensive, since in base, this card barely has one (1) single point of magic attack, although this card compensates a little its negative aspects thanks to its low mana cost.

And to close this formation, in last position is: DJINN BILJKA a card that not only has the ability to resist against other magical attacks, but his second ability allows him to be unnoticed for much of the duration of this battle, until he is in first position, so this card can attack from the shadows without being affected by the enemy attack.
