The ginger originated in the Indian subcontinent south of ASIA, is a plant of the family of zingiberaceae, which are plants (herbaceous perennials), its stem is a RIZOMA (A rhizome is, a stem with buds, which emit roots) which is well known for its spicy flavor and aroma, which can be used to flavor food, ginger has many uses and today is widely used by society.
It has a somewhat spicy and nutritious flavor, is used to flavor some foods and also has exclusive uses for health, helps relieve nausea, vomiting, acts as an anti-inflammatory, improves intestinal transit, among others.
Among its benefits we have:
1. Digestion: is very useful to help eliminate bacteria in our intestine, improves intestinal flora and prevents the formation of gas.
2. Helps: eliminate bad breath and refresh the oral area.
