Nothing is impossible in life! It seems to be a very positive and hopeful phrase. However, for many people who are going through such strong adversities and calamities this phrase may be a little out of touch with reality. But today I want to show you some examples of overcoming some historical characters to whom it seemed to be impossible to achieve their goals:

1.Simon Bolivar, The liberator also known as the man of difficulties, is undoubtedly one of the characters who overcame many obstacles in his goal to achieve the independence of the peoples of America. Among the difficulties that the army managed to face was the crossing of the Andes, to increase the surprise factor against the Spaniards who were their military rivals, it was assumed that no one would dare to cross the mountain range because it was a difficult road. The paramo de Pisba is one of the most extensive mountain ranges in the world. Its varied terrain includes glaciers, volcanoes, grasslands, deserts, lakes, and forests. It rises to an altitude of more than 3,600 meters and they had to endure great climatic changes day and night for seventy-five days.

  1. Frida Khalo. When she was 6 years old, she was diagnosed with poliomyelitis. The disease caused her right leg to be thinner than her left, and circulation problems caused her chronic pain throughout her life. The disease also forced her to isolate herself from her peers, as she had to delay starting school for months. Painting became a new way for Kahlo to explore her identity and her love for the art of painting. As a result of her illness, the artist was able to explore ideas about feminism and femininity, and with her father's encouragement, she practiced boxing and soccer. Undoubtedly her development in her professional career as a painter is determined by her strength and character.

So even after knowing the stories of these people who cried, bled, laughed and suffered like you, will you let someone tell you that you can't achieve your dreams? You shouldn't silence them with a shout in the wind that sings Nothing is impossible!
