Today was day here dark as previous days, and it gets dark very fast.
But I did not allow myself to be disturbed on this dark day, and I made a large amount of pancakes.
But today is black friday, so be careful if you buy things, don't buy too much and don't borrow when you buy.
These pancakes are simple, and many do them here in northern Europe. but it's best if you can eat them with honey and warm tea aside. Tea what I have is a common blend of tea consisting of several herbs, but I tend to drink regular berry tea which is much better and tastes better.
