Que agradable comenzar el día percibiendo los olores de la naturaleza. Ahora que ha comenzado la época de frío, al entrar a nuestra planta de producción el olor a tierra húmeda es uno de nuestros favoritos.
Pero por otro lado, tenemos un segundo olor un tanto particular que nos resulta gratificante poder percibir.
Este proviene de nuestra piscina de té de fertilizante, en el cual este último (sólido) pasa a ser líquido gracias a un proceso de fermentación aeróbica.
Y aunque a simple vista aparenta ser un reservorio abandonado y sucio, este resulta ser una fuente muy rica de nutrientes solubles y disponibles para las plantas, así como también microorganismos benéficos que van a contribuir con la descomposición y mineralización de la materia orgánica.
How nice to start the day perceiving the smells of nature. Now that the cold season has begun, when entering our production plant the smell of damp earth is one of our favorites.
But on the other hand, we have a somewhat particular second smell that we find gratifying to be able to perceive.
This comes from our fertilizer tea pool, in which the latter (solid) becomes liquid thanks to an aerobic fermentation process.
And although at first glance it appears to be an abandoned and dirty reservoir, it turns out to be a very rich source of soluble and available nutrients for plants, as well as beneficial microorganisms that will contribute to the decomposition and mineralization of organic matter.
