It's a debate that doesn't seem that black or white. Seeing only a picture or a small post that doesn't invoke any sort of interaction getting a reward of 10 dollars while your post has "quality" content (or at least shows effort) is demotivating. It's a mentality that is certainly open for improvement. But I feel that communities are a step into the correct direction, keeping these types of posts in an isolated environment certainly helps. An idea would be to create a cap on the rewards that a certain post can get, put there by the community owners. The cap could scale if a certain criteria is met (amount of comments, approval by an admin these type of things for example). The only problem lays that people might not want to invest in something that has these type of limitations. And whether we like it or not the coin only holds value if people are willing to pay for it
