(And here is the very next waterfall photo from our hiking trip to the Ammergau Alps last Sunday.)
Hi Actifitters,
since the meeting at the office was cancelled at the last minute today, I didn't have to go in after all, so I had enough time for the workout. This allowed me to follow Garmin's suggestion and complete the 87-minute session. However, instead of the suggested 155 watts of power, I set my smart trainer to 160 watts.
Duration - 1:27:08
Distance - 38.31 km
Elevetaion gain - 487 m
Average speed - 26.4 km/h
Maximum speed - 63.2 km/h
Average power output - 159 watts
Maximum power output - 173 watts
Average heart rate - 117 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 128 bpm
Average cadence - 84
Maximum cadence - 95
Calories - 795
In addition, I completed a 45-minute core stability session.
Mission 80 (Day 65 = 85.6 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 4.4 kg)
Yesterday, I was weak (unfortunately) and let things slide a bit when it came to my diet. So, it comes as no surprise that the scale showed a few extra grams.
Three days have passed since my last reverse pull-up session, so that is exactly what is on the agenda for today.
In addition, Garmin has scheduled a cycling threshold workout for me.
