I have made a decision... my training diary entry from March 23 2026

_{(Yesterday we went to a restaurant run by a German man and his Thai wife. They are very fond of animals and have given homes to street dogs. Two of these female dogs had litters at the same time. Here you can see a Golden Retriever mother nursing another dog's litter.)}

Hi Actifitters,

after helping out in the garden again yesterday, tending to the banana palms and removing the resulting clippings, I thought about the rest of my vacation and came to a decision.

I'm no longer going to put myself under pressure and will simply enjoy my vacation from now on. So what if I gain a little weight? I can discipline myself again when I'm back in Germany.

The day after tomorrow, I'll be picked up by a taxi in the morning and taken to my next holiday destination, my wife's family's home. I'm excited to see what adventures await me there.
