The Tr5-65 steam engine went to Wolsztyn on May 3, 2002 from the engine house in Jaworzyna Śląska. It is used primarily to run special trains. It is a steam locomotive of the German construction G8.1 built in 1921 in the factory Orenstein & Koppel and has the factory number 8961. After the Second World War, PKP took over 66 machines of this series, which were grouped in DOKP Wroclaw and Katowice. In Germany, these locomotives finished their work at the end of the 60s, and only Tr5-65 remained on the PKP, which is currently the only active copy of this series in all of Europe! After the 22-year "haul" the locomotive was rebuilt and from 27 June 1994 he was stationed in Jaworzyna Śląska and now in Wolsztyn.
