Hey yo!
Wait.
Good morning and happy Tuesday to all my friends in the blockchain community! Today I want to share this little annoyance that happens every morning when I wake up.
Although I’m mainly grateful for the things I have, I’m also grateful for the things I lack—they’re what drive me to keep moving forward. This is one of the many things that plays a very important role in my day-to-day life, and it’s not just about the coffee—because I’m grateful to wake up and have a little coffee to drink—but what really bothers me here is the kitchen.
The stove—or whatever the most appropriate word is to describe it—is the place where the heat and the flame come from. Since this stove is extremely damaged and worn out, only one of the burners works, so whatever comes out of it doesn’t have enough strength, pressure, or consistency. This causes the water to heat up very slowly, and when I add the coffee beans, it also takes quite a long time to brew.
As I wait for this to boil and think about sharing this morning with you, my most loyal and faithful dog—the one I call “CHAMA”—is right there in the background; she’s the most popular dog in the square, if not the most hip-hop dog in town.
Getting back to the topic of cooking and the hassle of making coffee—it’s usually part of my morning routine: a cup of coffee, sometimes accompanied by a cigarette 30 days a month. I have breakfast once or twice a month—it’s very rare for me to eat breakfast. I know they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but honestly, I don’t really know much about that.
And as for the stove—which is quite annoying—you can see why in this last photo.
The deterioration of metal is a constant reminder that everything breaks down, that everything wears out, and that everything comes to an end—which is why we must take care of the few things we have, but above all, take care of our health, and most importantly, our mental health, which we must prioritize these days.
I wish you a very productive day and hope you achieve all your goals today.
