Hacer catarsis y limpieza de los pensamientos que rondan en nuestra cabeza es algo que está haciendo un poco infravalorado ya que en ocasiones no sabemos la importancia que esto cumple en el rol de la salud mental.

Catarsis artística.
Sí así como lo leen, limpiando un poquito mis pensamientos de esta falta de arte en nuestro arte en la última semanas hemos seguido buscando empleos pequeños grandes o de cualquier tipo en el cual podamos generar algún ingreso monetario ya que el sistema eléctrico y algún tipo de conexiones por acá no nos han dejado enfocarnos o calmarnos totalmente para cumplir con las labores acá en la plataforma y debemos ir a buscarnos ganarnos la vida en la calle todos los días sin embargo agradezco mucho esta oportunidad que tengo de poder realizar pinturas letras dibujos y todo tipo de intervención a lugares públicos privados negocios o establecimientos sin embargo el seguir haciendo solamente letras simplemente el nombre de un local el cual no nos agrada totalmente ha hecho que nuestro nivel artístico se vaya disminuyendo al igual que nuestra creatividad y ganas de hacer cosas nuevas.

Cómo pueden apreciar este último trabajo de pintura se trató de hacer el nombre del negocio en el cual venden ropas y artículos femeninos también algunos productos de niños, los colores que utilicé para estas letras fue verde para qué contrastara con ese fondo oscuro y delineado con ese color blanco hizo que las letras realmente resaltaran del lugar no quisiera sonar a que me estoy quejando Pero créeme que hacer catarsis de mis emociones es la forma más sana de limpiar un poquito la mente de esas cosas al seguir la misma lucha día a día por simplemente conseguir algo de comida es increíblemente frustrante ya que los años siguen pasando y pasando y la mejoría personal totalmente estancada.
As you can appreciate this last paint job was about making the name of the business in which they sell clothes and women's items and also some children's products, the colors I used for these letters was green to contrast with that dark background and outlined with that white color made the letters really stand out from the place I don't want to sound like I'm complaining but believe me doing catharsis of my emotions is the healthiest way to clear my mind a little bit of those things as I continue the same struggle day by day to just get some food is incredibly frustrating as the years keep passing and passing and personal improvement totally stagnant.
