Así quedó el nuevo mural de la Virgen del Valle en el Sambil Margarita [ESP-ENG]

Hola, comunidad de @hivemargarita, hoy quiero pasar por aquí para compartir un poquito de lo que ha sido el ambiente en nuestra hermosa isla durante estos últimos días. Como ya todos saben, septiembre es una época sumamente especial y emotiva para nosotros por las festividades de nuestra amada Virgen del Valle, la patrona de todo el oriente del país. Este año se sintió una energía increíble y el Sambil Margarita estuvo full de movimiento; se notó muchísimo la gran cantidad de turistas y devotos que vinieron a la isla para acompañar a nuestra Vallita en su día.

Caminando por el centro comercial entre tanta gente, lo que más capturó mi atención y me llenó el corazón fue la espectacular decoración de globos que hicieron en su honor. De verdad que la Virgen quedó bellísima, súper delicada y majestuosa. Este es el segundo año consecutivo en el que el Sambil realiza este hermoso homenaje con globos. El año pasado también les quedó increíble, pero lo habían ubicado en uno de los pasillos laterales del centro comercial. Siento que esta vez escogieron mejor el lugar.

En esta oportunidad la colocaron en plena Zona Gourmet, justo en el área de la feria, que viene siendo el centro del Centro Comercial. Al estar en un espacio tan amplio y abierto la estructura se ve muchísimo más y se convierte en un punto de encuentro. No se ve como una simple decoración comercial; es una obra que transmite muchísima fe, paz y nos conecta directo con nuestras raíces margariteñas.

Además del arte con los globos, me encantó ver al Sambil tan vivo, renovado y pensado para la comodidad de nosotros los visitantes. Han puesto bastantes sillas nuevas y espacios muy cómodos donde cualquiera puede sentarse a descansar un rato. Lo mejor de todo es que cuentas con zonas para conectarte a su red de wi-fi libre y estaciones para conectar y cargar el teléfono sin complicaciones. Esos detalles se agradecen muchísimo, especialmente en temporadas tan movidas donde uno pasa horas fuera de casa. Por si fuera poco, aproveché de echarle un ojo a la exhibición de carros que tienen ahorita en los pasillos; de verdad que el centro comercial se siente súper activo y moderno.

Definitivamente, fue una experiencia hermosa ver cómo se unieron la tradición, la comodidad y el reencuentro de tanta gente. Gracias amigos por leer mi post. Saludos y Bendiciones.

Hello, @hivemargarita community! Today I wanted to stop by to share a little bit about what the atmosphere has been like on our beautiful island these past few days. As you all know, September is an extremely special and emotional time for us because of the festivities honoring our beloved Virgen del Valle, the patron saint of the entire eastern part of the country. This year, there was an incredible energy, and Sambil Margarita was bustling with activity; you could really tell by the huge number of tourists and devotees who came to the island to celebrate our “Vallita” on her special day.

Walking through the mall amid all those people, what really caught my attention and filled my heart was the spectacular balloon display they created in her honor. The Virgin truly looked absolutely beautiful—so delicate and majestic. This is the second year in a row that Sambil has put on this beautiful balloon tribute. Last year’s display was also incredible, but they had placed it in one of the mall’s side aisles. I feel like they chose a better spot this time.

This time, they placed it right in the heart of the Gourmet Zone, right in the fairgrounds area, which has become the center of the shopping mall. Being in such a spacious and open area, the structure stands out much more and has become a gathering spot. It doesn’t look like mere commercial decoration; it’s a work of art that conveys a great deal of faith and peace and connects us directly to our Margariteño roots.

In addition to the balloon art, I loved seeing Sambil so vibrant, renovated, and designed with our comfort as visitors in mind. They’ve added plenty of new chairs and very comfortable spaces where anyone can sit down and rest for a while. Best of all, there are areas where you can connect to their free Wi-Fi and stations to plug in and charge your phone hassle-free. These little touches are greatly appreciated, especially during such busy times when you spend hours away from home. As if that weren't enough, I took the opportunity to check out the car display they have in the aisles right now; the mall really feels super lively and modern.
