There are scientific experiments that suggest observation leads to existence.
Anything you see may not exist when you look away.
So, do the lonely cease to exist if no one is watching?
Is that why we cling to others so desperately?
If you are in no one’s memories, and in no one’s eyes,
Do you vanish like matter at the event horizon of a black hole?
ripped apart by the gravity of your own solitude, time never-ending...
I have spent too long in the void of loneliness.
If you spend too long trying to find yourself, you’ll look up to find yourself is all that you have left.
Being alone makes you an individual,
But being an individual makes you be alone.
Because of this, I lost my connection to humanity.
I feel my existence slipping away with every day i am left forgotten.
i feel the emptiness of every atom, a truly hollow despair.
What is this pain? Loneliness? or non-existence?
Delusions of a lonely mind...
I long for a gentle embrace, to feel a warmth touch my heart,
A warmth that isn’t the searing heat of a cruel world in self-inflicted flames.
But, like myself, that warmth has faded from the hearts and minds of mankind,
Clinging to existence desperately with no hope to speak of.
Does anyone understand my suffering? or hear my pleas?
Can anyone see me... do I still exist?
