Ooppphfff. Up to 75lbs haricot vert and 42lbs maxibel now. There is still 20+lbs to pick after the 32 I picked today. Tomorrow is going to be hot so I have to get picking early.
Today I was waylaid by my unsuccessful attempts at lowering the height of my rolling garden seat. As it and I sit I am reaching to far still and my back is paying for it. I hope to lower it an inch or two to lessen my back strain.
The hours of being bent over my knees is straining but it is worth it for the amazing beans I am picking.
One major improvement I have to make is an articulated based umbrella to attach to the cart so I can more easily aim the shade as the sun moves. Right now the 1.25" black poly is verging on splitting so I need metal or pvc.
