ဘဝခရီးက ေတးဆိုသလို အဆင္ေခ်ာေနခ်ိန္မွာ
ၾကည္ႏူးမႈခံစားတာ အလြန္ လြယ္ပါတယ္
ဒါေပမယ့္ လူျဖစ္က်ိဳးနပ္သူဆိုတာ
ဘဝခရီး လံုးလံုး တလြဲတေခ်ာ္ျဖစ္ေနခ်ိန္မွာ
အျပံဳးမပ်က္တဲ့သူကို ဆိုလိုတာပါ
It is easy enough to be pleasant
When life flows along like singing a song;
But the man worthwhile,
Is the man who can smile
When life goes dead wrong.
ကမ႓ာၾကီးဟာ စိတ္ပ်က္စရာေတြနဲ႔ ျပည့္ေနတာပါ
အရာရာဟာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ သေဘာဆႏၵအတိုင္း မျဖစ္ပါဘူး
ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘယ္လိုအေျခေနကိုမဆို
ဇြဲရွိရွိနဲ႔ ရင္ဆိုင္ဖို႔ ေလ့က်င့္ထားရမယ္
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ထိုအရာေတြကို ေျပာင္းလဲႏိုင္စြမ္း ရွိခ်င္မွ ရွိပါမယ္
ဒါေပမယ့္ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုေျပာင္းလဲႏိုင္တာေတာ့ ေသခ်ာပါတယ္
The world is full of disappointment.
Things do not happen as we wish them to
so we must train ourselves to face any situation with fortitude.
We may not be able to change them
but certainly we can change ourselves.
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔မွာ ျပႆနာေတြ ၾကံဳရတဲ့အခါ သူမ်ားေတြကို အျပစ္တင္ေလ့ရွိတယ္
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔သာ အမွန္တကယ္ ႐ိုးသားေျဖာင့္မတ္လွ်င္
ျပႆနာအရင္းအျမစ္ကို ကိုယ္တိုင္ ေျခရာေကာက္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္
သူမ်ားကို လက္ညိႈးထိုးတဲ့အခါ လက္သံုးေခ်ာင္းက
ကိုယ့္ဘက္ျပန္ထိုးတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ဆို႐ိုးစကားကို သတိရပါ
မိုးတိမ္းေတြနဲ႔ မုန္တိုင္းမရွိဘဲ သက္တန္႔ေရာင္မထြက္ေပၚပါဘူး
When we face any problems, we tend to put the blame on others.
If we are honest with ourselves we can trace the source of problems by ourselves. Remember the saying that when we point one finger at others,
three fingers are pointing back at us.
