Getting Fit for Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades - My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2019

So today, which is really yesterday when I am posting this, was not that warm, but at least it did not rain.

I was once again participating in the @actifit and @blocktrades sponsored contest for free Steemfest tickets, https://steemit.com/actifit/@actifit/celebrating-actifit-anniversary-get-fit-with-actifit-and-blocktrades-to-win-steem-fest-ticket-and-accommodation-and-our-daily.

And I have been really busy with my project @thisisawesome, I had a daily report and a weekly report and then I also laid out the economic roadmap ahead, so I am actually very much behind with answering comments and reading all your awesome posts, I will try and catch up with that after I have slept.

I also did my pushups for seven77, but I had no time for a DTube video, here are some pictures from today.

So I went to Kronobergsparken on Kungsholmen and made my pushups in the outside gym.

Yeah scooters never give up 😱😱💨, but it was nice along the canal between Kungsholmen and the mainland.

And I continued to walk along it for a while.
