Friends, welcome to all of you in my today's post. Friends, doing a job or business is the duty of every person. If you do a job or business, then only you can fulfil the needs of the house. People go from one city to another for jobs and start their jobs. If a person wants to move from one city to another, then the first thing that comes to mind is where will I live. Many people get a good job but do not get a good house to live in or do not get a good environment. Many people leave their job because of the accommodation. If a good house is not found to live in, then no person's mind is engaged in that job or the place where he is working. That's why giving good accommodation to the employee shows the quality of the employer.

Friends today was my weekend and today I went to Alembic City. Friends, Alembic City is not a city but it is an accommodation given by Alembic Company to the employees where people can live comfortably and they consider it their luck to get accommodation. Friends, Alembic City is in Vadodara city of Gujarat. This is such an accommodation where the best facilities are provided to the people. You can see that in this city there is Bhailal Amin General Hospital, the west side of Alembic City, Alembic Business Park, Alembic Research Center and a showroom of glass products made by this company. Along with this, there is also a cafeteria where people can eat comfortably. So, the company gives such type of accommodation to the employee in this city so that the employer does not have to go anywhere outside the Alembic city.

There are two main routes to reach the city from where the employees can bring their big vehicles and drive freely. Here there are big trees on both sides of the road, due to which give coolness to the road. That's why the environment here seems green. It also looks like it is on the way to some big highway but it is not so. The road has been beautified with blocks on both sides of the road, but people go on walking. In this way, the way for the employee in this city is also thought of.

In the image on the left side, you can see that small houses have been given to the employees to live here. This house is given to an employee to live alone and his employee does not have any partner. Because of this, employees can stay single in their houses.
If you look on the right side, this big-looking building is the Alembic Business Park where all the business of this company is handled. About 500 employees work in one shift in this building. In this building, every facility is provided from an electric car charger to charging the electric car.

Friends, if you look at the image on the left side of these images, then on the left side there is a small bank named Pragati Sahakari Bank, which was made for the employees of Alembic Company. In this bank, more interest is given to the good savings of the company's employees and in this way, the company also thinks about the future of the employee if you look on the right side, you will see the hospital which is for the people of Alembic City. Here, Alembic City has built a separate hospital for the employees so that the best quality care is available to the employees.

A canteen and cafeteria have been made for the people living alone or bachelors in this company, where the employees are given home-cooked food. The food in this cafeteria is very famous, that's why people come here from far and wide to eat, but only the employees of this city are given the first priority because this food is prepared only for the employees of the company. The quality of the food is checked every day and then served. Most people are busy during the day in the office or in the company, so they prefer to eat at night only.

This path has been made for the people who come on foot and for the people who walk in the morning. This place is called Alembic Mini Highway. Trees are planted on both sides of the roads and these roads always remain clean. This is also why people like to run in the morning.
That's why Alembic India is the first such society in the country which is called City and it is made exclusively for the employees of Alembic Company. Mr Bhailal D Amin is the foundation of this company and in his name, Bhailal Amin General Hospital has also been gifted to this company. Hope you have liked this content.
