One of the most frustrating things about Parkinson's Disease is you NEVER stop moving.
Even when everyone thinks you are sitting still, you are STILL moving! Micro twitching of the muscles NEVER STOP! Muscle failure, cramps, lactic acid build up, the shaking NEVER stops! The only thing that changes is the intensity. Even if you take drugs or use fancy machines to shock the brain or those other technological advancements.
YOU STILL NEVER STOP MOVING AT SOME RATE!
Most of you don't know or understand the implications of nonstop movement 24hrs/365days for life. For me it means being always tired, always fighting to stabilize, restless nights, minimum sleep, constant aches, and incessant itching, skin crawling, a loss of focus and concentration, and a struggle to stay motivated to do anything.
And there is NO CURE for it.
You just have to suck it up and get over it. It's a 24hr/365day battle that wont end until I die and only get worse. A battle the likes a majority of you will hopefully never know.
