I wasn't even close to quit.

Above everything.

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to give me a break about steemit, crypto, tube and whatever I was doing related to it. Even my Steemit birthday was during that period and I didn't give a shit about it, and probably that was a good thing, but why?
As I said I've been on steemit for a bit more than a yer now, daily active, posting almost every single day, reading, commenting, voting, and trying to learn more about how this works. I knew that an entire year was a lot of time to be almost full time user was gonna end up in this, thankfully. Our mind is naturally filled with emotions, trying to stand out, trying to make a productive situation on what you are doing, and there is a moment where it all can blow up. I realized I was out of ideas, I was lost again in the same place, dealing with the same struggles and it was time to give it a break for a sane cause.
I wasn't posting crappy shit, or spamming, but I knew I wasn't doing something fantastic, something to call the attention in a massive or at least a with big repercussion, so I was no longer trusting my work, and it ended up filling my mind with negative experiences plus all the frustration it entails.

Open your mind.

I always considered myself a pretty open minded person, always trying to find and discover the little gems wherever I am or whatever I'm doing, in terms of music, design, tech, and everything I'm interested in, I could say that it's somehow a fuel that feeds my willing to learn and know more about anything. This could be a double edged sword if you get too much involved with you mind as an obsession to fill it with information. I reached a moment where my mind was no longer hungry for new stuff, rather than the usual useless spinning around the same problems surrounding my ideas, my work, my time as a steemit user. My creativity process went to zero when my mind keep focusing in endless projects that never went close to be launched. I decided to go back to my roots, to watch more movies, to listen to new music, reading books, drawing, writing fiction, and all the stuff that directly or maybe indirectly can fill you mind with new concepts, ideas and thoughts.

What is all this for?

I have really clear in my mind that the cryptos are the future, that Steemit or at least this way of blogging for crypto is gonna be a redituable job, or hobby in a couple of years, I never thought about leaving all this stuff during my break, in fact I was doing the opposite. This was a sane period of time where I get stronger, with new and fresh ideas, with a better understanding of how to manage things in general, I feel more calm about it, and that is the key to success in every aspect of life. I feel like getting back to my life without worrying about my computer at all was the perfect example of how much I enjoy spending time on it, is like when you are on holidays 24/7, its not even holidays anymore.

Conclusion.

I love to be back, to read some great blogs around Steemit, to get back in touch with the great people here, is also funny to see how everything is pretty much the same with all the good and bad thins, and it clearly says we are still in the beginning of something big, at least in concept social/blogging terms. This is me now, this is my real life, what I love and what I enjoy the most so you are gonna be seeing me again around here as a daily basis, with a fresh mind and the energy bar back in full.
