I remember when he first came out, every girl in my school was talking about him. I personally didn't like him when I was little, It seemed like he was on everything. I couldn't go one day without hearing him on some media whether it was BET or the radio.
After seeing this video when I was little, I thought he was kind of cool but still wasn't team Usher yet. This video help me discover my passion for dancing.
About 2 years went by and I was in my first jr high school. At this time he came back into the media, after this video I became cool with him. This is when I adapted to my first style of dancing, I had to start somewhere
The summer came and everyone on my block was bumping this song. I remember every block party played this song at least twice in their playlist.
Years went by and I haven't heard anything about him, until I got to high school. At this time, I was good at dancing. This came out at the perfect time, when I needed a way to get girls attention.
I was already good at playing the piano, and I needed something else to separate me from everyone else. Once the girls in my school started talking about him again, I entered the talent show. (worked like a charm)
I heard this song, when I was in Job Corps. At this point Chris Brown was popular, so I feel like they were neck and neck as the best dancers.
But ultimately I just wasn't feeling it no more. So he kind of fell off, I think he still make music. I personally don't care for it no more, but he did have a good run.
