Hello there Friends, Happy Saturday - " #caturday " evening - and thank you for your visit!
I have again noticed that I have not posted anything on the Kitties in a few weeks and decided to ight would be a good time, and a Wilbur Story - which I will tell first.
So, last Saturday I was out on the porch with some clothes I was in the process of washing. Wilbur came out with me - like he has for the last 2 years, so no worries on my part until...
I noticed he was walking a little further than usual. He was moving slow so I kept an eye on him. Finally I figured he is too far and when I wanted to grab him - he hopped and ran! He took off behind the other houses here and kept going!
I got in the car and drove a block over where he should come out, "no Wilbur"!
After driving up and down the streets here I went home and jumped on the bike and rode around the streets here for awhile... No Wilbur!
So I went home,.me and the other Kitties were pretty heartbroken - really.
When I finally got to sleep, as I was calling out the door for him the whole time it was just before midnight. At about 1 a.m. I heard a Cat Fight under the house - the other Cats heard it as well - it was very loud! I went outside with a flashlight and couldn't see anything. This happened 3 more times, and always moving under the house towards the door.
When I went outside the last time about 2 a.m. Wilbur was fighting one of the neighbors female Cats. She saw me and ran away. Wilbur was laying in the grass and "Very Happy" I saved him! Let's say him and all the other Kitties have been a little more loving - and Wilbur does not want to know about the outside anymore!
And now in to some photos!
This is Chester with Wilbur when I first got him back inside and a little cleaned up,
And this is Chester awhile later. I believe he wanted Wilbur to know he missed him!
And then Saph-Fire and Chester - "hanging out",
And finally Chester falling asleep sitting!
This little guy! In a sentence "all he knows is LOVE"!
And that was it for #catuday this week!
As usual, the girls are pretty hard to get a decent photo of - but I keep trying!
Have a Very, "Blessed, Happy, and Safe" New Week, and also thank you again for your visit!
Also...
Remember "The Father" in ALL THINGS!
He "Remembers You"!
