Callous - A built up part on your skin
Callous - Feeling no emotion
I had to look this word up before writing. I see the two definitions are the same.
The few times I have had a massage, the masseuse wondered why I do not have calluses on my feet. I do a lot of foot soaking and I wrote a book about that.
When I lost “half my size” a bad result was that the skin on my feet was too loose, so I tried to fix it with success. I wrote the book for other people in the same position after dramatic weight loss. I since have found out that the loose foot skin problem effects the elderly as well.
As far as my personality, I am somewhat callous. I do not have time or interest in random jibber jabber and deflect at as much as possible. No small talk for me, so people think that is callous maybe. I am really tying to get to the meat of any interaction. I do not really care about the weather where you are or your pets unless there is something exceptional.
Mostly, I want to know about your health. If it is good I want your tips. If it is bad, I want to help you.

My entry is for the #freewrite daily challenge by @mariannewest. Freewrite is a great daily challenge with lots of interesting participants, so give it a try. It is very helpful when new on steemit. Even though I am not new here, it still helps me with writer's block and on days when I need inspiration to keep posting.
