It's been a while since we had a burger night. Because the patties and buns had been in my deep freeze stash, the only cooking was the onion marmalade (because I love it) and the patties, themselves.
Not too much cooking a mercy because I'm so busy at the moment and happy to have stuff stashed to make life just a tad easier.
I heated-cum-toasted the buns in the wok in which I had cooked both the onions and the patties. Makes for less washing and cleaning up.
Then there was the little platter of additional sides - including the mandatory onion rings and gherkin - so we could each build our own.
Of course, the wedges and tomato sauce rounded off a totally delicious but unhealthy easy supper.
The burger patty recipe, shared a while ago, is here.
The soft sourdough bun recipe is on the ever growing list of promises to keep recipes to write up and share.
Until next time, be well
