Roses from the garden on the breakfast table. We have moved and replanted the rose bed. This particular bush, Duftwolke, is outgoing itself. Saying thank you, perhaps?
Guineafowl in the garden. This pair are really part of the family, and as with most family, the relationship can be a tad strained at times. Especially when they help themselves to the spinach, mint, strawberries and Loganberries...
Rambo on the stoep. This is the cat that has been using the cat flap to come into the house, eat our cats' food and spray. He has become more and more bold. Eventually, I was able to get a photo - about a month ago (after dreaming about a ginger kitten..). I shared it on our community Facebook page. Nobody claimed him. After some discussion, The Husband and I decided that perhaps we should put food out, try to tame (as much as one can, a feral), arrange for him to be neutered, and generally make him part of the family.
