Secret of Praetoria??
The most awaited Land expansion is here. Recently 
- Ability to claim and use Land Deeds.
- Ability to survey the lands.
- Ability to buy and sell land within the game.
Now the only problem is that I am confused and don't know what to do. I don't want to buy a land piece for $160 from Hive Engine only to find out that it is of common rarity or not worth that much money. I tried to figure out its worth. I even read the whitepaper but now my eyes hurt. It's so fkn confusing for someone who doesn't play the game or updated with everything latest in the Splinterverse. I buy a few assets here and there and forget about them so please bear with me. The secret of praetoria remains a secret to me. 馃槀
Land Deeds
Owners of PLOT, TRACT, and REGION have to claim the Land Deeds. Deed NFT can be transferred to someone in the game or traded on internal and external markets. This part is crystal clear to me.
Land Survey
After claiming the deed, the next logical step is to survey the land. First you have to claim your unsurveyed land deed and then it will be converted to the surveyed land deed. But what's the point of doing a survey? This part is not clear to me yet.
The Secret
Also, I want to know if it's worth sweeping the following plots with common rarity. Just because they are cheap ($60-70), I don't want to make an impulsive investment without giving it a thought.
Even some rare ones are available for as low as $90. Just see for yourself. xD I can't believe my eyes rn or maybe I am missing something.
Help a brother out and guide me on what to do. Obviously, I am going to do my research in detail but I do like to know others' opinions. Comment below with your thoughts and strategies. LFG!
