Development from the Splinterlands team continues to outpace my ability to keep up with not only understanding things but more importantly, affording and funding them. I was caught offguard with this latest release of a huge 54 card set only for land. At first, it didn’t really feel as a necessary thing to jump into despite being where my focus is; land. However, more speculation and news is signaling the importance of this set for the next iteration of land, buildings.
Still don’t understand it all but know that the majority of my land are common plots which is what building seemingly are meant for. Given this, I did buy what I could with what I had available in game. Luckily, each pack has 20 cards which is cool but all cards are Common so maxing this set will clearly be impossible for me. However, it will also not be needed as I will only look for those cards that mingle well with my land types. I am concerned that the market will lack enough to complete those that I need so will need to look more closely what the strategy will be with this set.
