This new shawl is in the same lavender and green as the boho maxi dress I made earlier this year. The simple mesh pattern is one I found in a favorite needlework book from the 70s. All I need to do is count chain stitches and connect them with single crochets. It begins with a ring in the center, then 4 chained loops, then round after round growing by 4 mesh loops added in the corners each round.
