It seems someone has taken over the Blockchain by choosing the the whole Safety Council(that is how I call the Top 20 Witnesses) with it's own huge VESTing power.
This shows a vulnerability that concerned me in the past, that is the fact that a single account has more available votes for witnesses(30 votes) than the ammont of seats in the Safety Council(20 witnesses), which allows for a single user with huge VESTing Power tochoose the whole Safety Council alone.
My suggestion for a future HF is to either increase the size of the Safety Council to 50 or 100 witnesses or decrease the individual voting power by limiting the ammount ov votes to at least half the size of the Safety Council
Why so many proxy-power?
