During my childhood I developed the concept of being tired the same way everyone else: a reaction visible to adults that then thought me a word to describe said reaction that later became the feeling accompanying the reaction.

Questions came up with obvious answers coming from either the adults or from my own inferences based on other descriptions.

• Why I feel tired so easily?
  • Because you are lazy.
  • Because you never did proper preparation.
    • Spends too much time sitting or standing instead of running or doing other activity.

Well, for decades I thought I was just lazy until one day a couple years ago I was training biceps at the gym and began to feel "tired". But while I was recovering my breath, it came to me a question: is this normal? I mean, to feel a sensation of strangulation whenever I do something "heavy". If this is normal "tired", how can exist people who take pleasure in physical activities? I questioned if the words I use to describe things are actually transmitting the right ideas behind those things. It was something I already thought many times before, but this time it was that specific word and concept.

Went to the cardiologist for a few examinations. Unfortunately my insurance covered only half the price and this doctor doesn't work for SUS.

After several expensive exams he found out that my blood circulates almost like an AC current instead of always flowing to the same direction. For that reason my hearth is a couple centimeters larger than the expected for my age as the blood reflux requires further effort.

Now I know the reason for my tiredness although without perspective for a correction surgery in the near future.
