Hello steemians I share a photo of how the mother of mywife making a ibus.. When i was visit to their place. What is a ibus it was a bicol language in the Philippines. To the people who didn't know what is a ibus on the photo shown you will see how to make it.. It's made with a sticky rice with small salt soak into the water together with the coconut milk. And then leave it for a few minutes inorder to soft the rice..
The next photo was they put inside the sticky rice into the coconut leaves. And then they tied it so that the rice will not came out. And also to preserved the taste.
Ibus now is ready to be cook. Cooking ibus was take a time about 1hours or less.Ibus was good to eat with hot coffee.
