Servicio de pintura

Saludos amigos de hivemotors yo por acá de nuevo y es que por problemas de salud no e vuelto a realizar trabajos pesados de mecánica ni nada parecido pero con algo de suerte llegó al taller un cliente para un servicio de pintura. Nos trajo su vehículo un neón año 2002 para un servicio de pintura general; este vehículo es de un color gris plata claro y el dueño lo quiso cambiar a un color gris plata un poco más oscuro. Cómo costumbre le pregunto al cliente si le gusta el color de su vehículo, claro si el vehículo es gris se sabe que este color tiene varias tonalidades del mismo color gris y no es necesario actualizar los documentos del vehículo; a diferencia si en los documentos da un color específico: por ejemplo ( verde aceituna) ya es un color específico y no hay que ponerse a invitar con el color.

Lo primero que se hice fue ver los detalles para empezar a preparar este vehículo; se utiliza masilla plástica para reparar las imperfecciones que tenía debido a algunos pequeños golpes.

Después de este paso que ves lijado con lija número 180 , 400 , 360 y 220 queda listo para aplicar el fondo acrílico para empezar a detallar muy bien si queda alguna imperfección.

Luego de la aplicación del fondo se lija nuevamente con lijas número 360 y 220 y como quedaron unos detalles se le aplicó Putty que es un tipo de masilla de retoque.

Ahora aquí se le está echando una base de la pintura gris y se vuelve a detallar para finalizar con el acabado para que cuando se pinte no se le vea ningún detalle al vehículo.

Ya aquí se le está aplicando el poliuretano ósea el transparente que es el que le da el brillo y el acabado total al embelleciendo de este vehículo.

Aquí el resultado final de todo el proceso de pintura para este neón y pues el cliente quedó muy satisfecho con el trabajo.

Painting service

Greetings friends of hivemotors, I'm here again and due to health problems I have not returned to do heavy mechanical work or anything like that but with some luck a customer came to the workshop for a painting service. He brought us his vehicle a 2002 neon for a general painting service; this vehicle is a light silver gray color and the owner wanted to change it to a silver gray color a little darker. As usual I ask the client if he likes the color of his vehicle, of course if the vehicle is gray we know that this color has several shades of the same gray color and it is not necessary to update the documents of the vehicle; unlike if the documents give a specific color: for example (olive green) it is already a specific color and we do not have to invite with the color.

The first thing I did was to see the details to start preparing this vehicle; plastic putty was used to repair the imperfections that it had due to some small bumps.

After this step you see sanded with sandpaper number 180, 400, 360 and 220 is ready to apply the acrylic primer to start detailing very well if there are any imperfections.

After the application of the base is sanded again with sandpaper number 360 and 220 and as there were some details we applied Putty which is a type of putty touch up.

Now here is pouring a base of gray paint and detailing again to finish with the finish so that when it is painted no detail will be seen to the vehicle.

Here we are applying the polyurethane, the transparent one that gives the shine and the total finish to the beautifying of this vehicle.

Here is the final result of the whole painting process for this neon and the client was very satisfied with the work.
