New natural shelter build progress | Progreso en un nuevo refugio natural

This project is my latest obsession. It begin as a something to play around with and see what happens but now I know what I want it to be: a completely dark shelter with many layers of insulation so that a person can go in there and stay warm without a fire to meditate and aim for natural DMT release, which should happen at the third day of light deprivation.
Este proyecto es mi 煤ltima obsesi贸n. Parti贸 como algo con que jugar y ver qu茅 pasaba pero ahora s茅 lo que quiero que sea: un refugio completamente oscuras con varias capas de aislaci贸n para que una persona pueda estar ah铆 a buena temperatura sin tener que mantener un fuego y meditar buscando liberar DMT de forma natural lo que deber铆a pasar al tercer d铆a de privarse de luz.
This is something that was told to me by someone who experienced it in the Dark Room practice in Thailand. According to him, the process is chemically straightforward: when you don't expose yourself to light, you start accumulating melatonin, and when you have enough it turns into DMT.
Esto me lo dijo una persona que lo experiment贸 en un cuarto oscuro en Tailandia. Seg煤n 茅l, el proceso qu铆mico es bastante directo: cuando no te expones a la luz empiezas a acumular melatonina y cuando tienes suficiente se transforma en DMT.
If you expose yourself to light the melatonin turns to seratonin, that's why it's necessary to stay in the dark the whole time.

The challenge is to actually stay there, to face your fears and your inner darkness. To be patient and be able to guide your inner monologue appropriately so that it doesn't turn against you.

Back to the building itself: these are green willow branches that have been held either by pushing then into the ground or by weaving them with others. It is likey some will sprout and I look forward to seeing the structure come alive.

I've been allowing myself to experiment freely with the build, taking different approaches because the original goal was just to play and learn.

I would like to have a bed inside and a fireplace to warm it up, but the idea is for the warmth to be kept inside as long as possible through insulation.

This is going to need a lot of branches, no matter how many I add, it still needs a lot more haha.

Looking very cool in the snow. Something good about this is that now I know that there is a way to build in the winter so that allows me to make progress even in the cold months.
Me gusta mucho c贸mo se ve la nieve, algo bueno de esto es que ahora s茅 que puedo construir en el invierno lo que me permite seguir haciendo progreso incluso en los meses fr铆os.
Gathering the branches is the only energy consuming part of the process, as placing them is actually energizing and feels like a break from the winter cold.
Juntar las ramas es la 煤nica parte que siento que me consume energ铆a del proceso ya que colocarla en realidad me energiza y se siente como un alivio frente al fr铆o del invierno.
Overall this is what it's all about for me, the reason i like the forest so much is being able to craft these structures feeling the beautiful energy of these lively materials, and the peace that comes from knowing i harvested them myself without adding more money into the predatory machine we have created as humanity. Infinite fun to be had here!
En general de esto se trata para m铆, la raz贸n por la que me gusta el bosque tanto es poder crear este tipo de estructura sintiendo la hermosa energ铆a de los materiales vivos que y la paz que siento al saber que los cosech茅 yo mismo sin tener que alimentar dinero a la m谩quina depredadora que hemos creado como humanidad.
