Well, bless me
How was I to know that it was me who resisted change
I realize I've been fooling myself
Tricking me into thinking that I want to see a different world

But know I see clearly
This is just how it's supposed to be
With all these challenges
Stirred up emotions
With the ups and the downs

I don't want a different world
I'm quite happy with what goes on
With the slow pace at which things move
I'm grateful it doesn't go as quickly as the mind desires!
Imagine what a mess that would be

Can't complain anymore, as if I hadn't chosen this
It's exactly the way I painted
This landscape and it's potential for evolution
Because that was always part of the plan you know?
To be part of something that can keep evolving
Participating in healing processes of wounded stories

I'm sorry if I get arrogant at times
And that I'm full of contradictions
That I'm hard to trust
But those challenges... I placed them there
I said: "it will be rewarding to deal with you"

No more blaming others (I hope)
Good stuff happening all around.
