Barbershop is a barbershop specifically for men which also provides grooming services for beards and moustaches. This term comes from English, where the word barber has its roots from the Latin barba which means beard.

A barber pole is a cylindrical pole with rotating spiral lines, which is the main icon or visual marker of a barbershop. This pole is identical to the combination of red, white and blue, which is installed near the entrance.
