Did you know that you are unique?
No, not in that cliche "you're a special snowflake kind of way". I mean literally.
Genetically, there has never been a person like you before in history. And after you die, there will never be another. So you're it man.
You should feel honored.
You should feel special.
100 million swimmers fought to reach the egg and you won.
This means you come into the world with a unique blueprint that you can build off of. This blueprint contains your "". This primal inclination is something that you were drawn to very intensely as a child. It may have been reading books, playing with toy trains, or physical activity. It is something that is uniquely YOU.
Overtime, this primal inclination dims due to outside influences from others. Peers, parents, teachers, friends... they all tell you what you should do and what you should be like. They tell you that you should go into a career for the money. They talk about job security, big end of the year bonuses, and something that will have a nice ring to it.
None of these have anything to do with your primal inclinations.
The people who don't lose touch with this at some level are the people that we herald as masters, geniuses, sages.
This is something available to everyone to tap into, but the empty promises of the world are so seductive, so tantalizing that we just toss it all to the side.
This is the reason why so many people are unhappy with their working lives.
