Hello guys, how're all doing today? hope you're all good?
I want to share with you guys how I spent my yesterday with. It was a stressful day for me tho. But it worths every step I took.
So, there was one of my friends that was asking me to visit, but for some reasons I was giving excuses.
So I decided to forfeit all my schedule of yesterday just to visit her.
It's a long ride from Imo to Asaba(Nigeria), I woke up very early because I would love to come back that same day to resume work.
I arrived owerri (capital of imo state) around 7:45 am, I came around a building that was still under construction
it's really beautiful from the front view, but I didn't have the change to take it from there( because I was in a public bus, one of the disadvantages of taking a public bus).
It's really beautiful, I couldn't pass there without taking a shot.
I also saw some people who are doing some road maintenance, it's really beautiful, seeing the construction equipment on work, they just make work easy for labourers and other workers.
After there, I took a bus to Onitsha. Some people here might know the place(Onitsha) because it's one of the popular place in Nigeria, it's a large market and is also one of the country's biggest road transportation hubs connection many partied of Nigeria.
I would have take a straight bus, but it's kind of expensive and I won't have the change to take some pictures as I did. It was a long ride, I spent two hour and some minutes one the road, finally I arrives at Onitsha.
Looking at my time, I realize am running of time,I have to hurry up and take a bus to Asaba. We passed through the Niger bridge and here is the famous Niger river,
it's really big, didn't have the change to take a clear picture.
They are also ships in it that drill out sand from the river,
After there, I took some pictures of some green fields, it's really large..
This reminds me about the beauty of nature.
Finally, I arrived at coka(asaba). They are many people who live under this brigde,
it's kind of risky because of cold and the fear if being robbed by others,I just don't know how people survive under here, it's very sad seeing them there.
Continuing my journey, I was going to okpanam,one of the most popular community/town in Delta.
I came around the Asaba airport,I was sad when I didn't get a clear shot of it. But it's beautiful I saw an aeroplane there too, like it's waiting for passagers.
I arrived at okpanam successfully at 12:00pm at the dot. I saw my friend, we didn't have time to take pictures together it's a bad one, but I took a picture of her(smiles).
We spent quite a good time, but it was short and I was on my way going back home.
I actually did enjoy my drip, but I arrived home late and I was very weak, I had to sleep and rest. It's was really a long ride.
Here, I saw a sand dumb it's really big.
And also some natures beauty..
