I have always wanted a dog while growing up. Little did I know that the responsibility that comes from taking care of a dog is like that of taking care of a small child. I was just 16 years of age. Since some of my friend had dog, I also wanted one so I can feel among. I disturb my dad about this everyday until one day he promise to get me one which my sisters where against.
I was so happy and I kept reminding him every morning. He got frustrated one day and brought home a puppy.
Whaoo, this puppy is so cute, where did you get it from.
I asked and he said he bought it from one woman not too far from his work place. He doesn't know the breed or genesis of the dog, he just bought a dog because I needed one.

15 hours into the day, the entire neighborhood already know I possess a dog. I put a chain on it neck and drag it everywhere I go to. The first 6 days, the dog was happy following me but after some while it was like my dog has been possessed. It was not friendly to me and it kept growling anytime I came close.
The day I knew it was possessed was the day it barked at me. I was like.
Look at this small puppy barking at me. Nice nice, I want a very wicked dog.
So I thought. I came closer and it ran towards me. Not a friendly kinda run so my survival sense kicked in and I ran into the house, I ran for my life. I was home with my siblings and non of us could step out. My sisters kept blaming me and it was like the ground should open up and shallow me. It was like we were prisoners for owning a dog.
I was hearing words like. You see what you have caused you brought home a witch dog like I was the one that bought it. and we told you o who will help us At that point I felt like I was carrying the weight of my family. Not even my dad could relate at that time.
One of my friend that also love dogs and always visit to play with my dog came around. The gate was open, he saw the dog but it was barking at him. From the window I was telling him not to come in but it was like he was deaf. He just wanted to smush and play with the puppy.
He walked in and the dog started chasing after him. I was screaming and laughing at same time. There was a tank in our compound which was taller than all of us. My friend kept screaming for help and I was also shouting "help help help" while I was inside the house and refused to open the door. I couldn't risk it.
In a blink of an eye I saw Johnson on the tank and it blew my mind. How did he get on that tank without a ladder. The dog kept going around the tank and I was stuck inside the house.
It was getting late already and Johnson was hungry. I cut the net of the window that's protecting us from insect just to throw some bread to Johnson. The painful part was that Johnson couldn't catch the loaf of bread and it felt to where the dog was, so the dog ate it.
To cut the long story short, my parent came around and my dad caught the dog and put it in a cage. I kept asking Johnson how he jump on the tank. He was like
As I was running, I saw the tank and I felt an angel carry me and put me on the tank, I have to share this testimony in church.
That was the last time we saw the dog, I did not know what happened to it. Since then, my sister kicked against having any dogs.
