Almost every Sunday evening I will bring my kids to the seaside park for cycling ๐ฒ๐ฒ while I run ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ. Unfortunately because for house moving ๐ก๐, I was so busy and tired and its already 2 months ago since my last run. ๐๐๐
So today I resumed my running ๐๐ with 2 friends joining. All of them with bikes ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฒ while I'm with my legs ๐๐คฃ.
The trip started with some rain ๐ง๏ธ๐ง๏ธ๐ง๏ธ and had to take time put on raincoat โโโ๏ธโ๏ธ. And also some hiccup from my daughter's bike chain came off problem. ๐ฌ๐ฌ But we managed to get it run slowly and managed to complete the whole trip of 5 km and its very dark at 6:45pm ๐๐๐
