Hi friends
Hello Splinterlands lovers! How are you all? I hope you are all doing well. I am also fine. Today I am back again with a new Splinterlands post. Today I have reviewed another Fire Splinter card. I found this card very good for its mana cost. Its mana cost is not very high but its stats and abilities are quite good. The name of this card is Muspelheim Demon and its mana cost is only five. So I think we can easily use it in medium mana battles. It is also a Rare Monster. Now let’s talk about its stats and abilities in detail.
Max Level Stats
First of all I will talk about its stats at max level. At max level its mana cost is five. Its attack is three and it is a Ranged Attacker. Its speed is also three. Unfortunately it has no armor which can be its weakness. Apart from this its health is seven which is quite good.
Its Splinter is Fire and its Bloodline is Fiend. I really liked its stats for this mana cost because it has three Ranged Attack and three Speed. Its health is also seven so these are all good things. But it has no armor. Because of this we will need to protect it from enemy attacks.
First Ability: Scattershot
Now let’s talk about its abilities. It has a total of three abilities at max level. The first one is Scattershot. Because of this ability its attack can hit any random enemy Monster instead of targeting a specific enemy.
The advantage is that it can also attack Monsters in the enemy backline. But the disadvantage is that we cannot hit the target of our own choice. Sometimes if our attack hits a Monster that gives us an advantage then it is a very good thing. But sometimes it can also hit a Monster that does not give us much benefit. So it also depends on luck.
Second Ability: True Strike
Now let’s talk about its second ability. True Strike is a very useful ability because the card’s attacks do not miss. If the opponent’s Monster has higher Speed or an ability like Dodge then our Muspelheim Demon’s attack will still hit.
I think the combination of Scattershot and True Strike is quite good.
Third Ability: Oppress
Now let’s talk about its third ability. The name of this ability is Oppress. With this ability Muspelheim Demon deals double damage to enemy Monsters that do not have an attack.
This ability can be especially useful in battles where the opponent uses Monsters without attacks. But we will not get its full benefit in every battle because it depends on the opponent’s team.
Best Position
Now I will talk about which position is best for this card. In my opinion it is more suitable to use this card in the second or third position or in the backline.
Because it is a Ranged Attack Monster and it does not have the Close Range ability I do not think it is a good idea to place it in the first position. Also because it has no armor I think keeping it in the backline is more suitable.
Weaknesses
Now let’s talk about its weaknesses. In my opinion its main weakness is that it has no armor. Because of this it can take direct damage from enemy attacks. Apart from this I really liked this card. I did not find any other major weaknesses in it.
My Personal Opinion
Now I will share my personal opinion. Personally I really liked this card. If it also had armor then I would give it a full ten out of ten. But because it has no armor I would give it 9 out of 10.
