Canary Keeper 🔥 | A Powerful 2-Mana Fire Monster with Dispel & Return Fire!

Hello Splinterlands lovers! How are you all? I hope you are doing well. I am doing well too. Today I am back again with a new Splinterlands post. Today I have reviewed a very interesting monster whose mana cost is only 2. This means we can use it in low-mana battles. Along with its 2 mana cost it has very good stats and abilities which are quite impressive for a 2-mana monster. It belongs to the Fire Splinter and its bloodline is Saurian. It also has two amazing abilities named Dispel and Return Fire. I really liked this card so I thought I would share its review with all of you.
Stats
So first of all let me tell you about its stats. At max level its stats are quite impressive. Its mana cost is 2 and its attack is 3. It is a ranged attacker. Its Splinter is Fire and its bloodline is Saurian. It has 5 health and its speed is 4. Considering its 2 mana cost I really liked its stats especially its health and speed. Its attack is also very good for a 2-mana monster. However it has zero armor. Overall I really liked its stats.
Abilities
Now let's talk about its abilities. At max level it has two abilities.
First Ability: Dispel
Its first ability is Dispel. Because of this ability when it attacks an enemy monster and the attack is successful the enemy's magic buffs are removed. This ability helps remove positive effects placed on the opponent's monsters. For example it can remove the extra armor received through Protect. It can also remove extra health and extra speed. This ability can be useful in battles where the opponent makes their team powerful by giving them buffs. I really liked this ability.
Second Ability: Return Fire
Now let's talk about its second ability which is Return Fire. Because of the Return Fire ability when an enemy monster attacks us 50% of the damage is returned to the attacker. This ability only works against ranged attackers. For example if the opponent's ranged attack deals 2 damage then 1 damage is returned to that attacker. In this way when our enemy deals damage to us they also receive damage themselves. I really liked this ability too.
Best Position
Now let's talk about its best position. According to my opinion Canary Keeper is better to use in the third fourth or fifth position. The first reason is that it is a ranged attacker so normally it cannot attack from the first position. Keeping it in the backline will allow it to attack properly. Also its health is not very high so this is another reason why it should be kept in the backline. It also has no armor which is why I think the third fourth or fifth position is best for it.
Weaknesses
Now let's talk about the weaknesses of this monster. Like every other card Canary Keeper also has some weaknesses. For example it has no armor so attacks can directly damage its health. Apart from this I don't think it has any other major weaknesses.
Overall Opinion
Now let's talk about my overall opinion. Overall I really liked Canary Keeper because its mana cost is only 2 and I really liked its abilities and stats. If I had to rate this card out of 10 I would give it 8.5 out of 10. So that was my Splinterlands post for today. I hope you all liked it.
